Isolate power at the breaker before starting. Drain and remove the motor from the pump body, then use a bearing puller or two-jaw extractor to draw the worn bearing cleanly off the shaft — never drive it off with a hammer directly on the race. Press or gently drift the new 6203-2RSH onto the shaft, applying force only to the inner race. Refit the motor end-cover, reconnect the pump body, and run for two minutes at low load while checking for noise before returning to normal operation. Replace both shaft bearings if the motor has been running rough — pairing a new bearing with a worn one shortens the service life of both.
