The BL130-300 is a set of two replacement peristaltic pump tubes for Hanna Instruments BL13x series dosing and control pumps. The tube is the wearing part inside the pump head that the rollers compress to move chemical solution through the dosing line. Keeping a spare set on hand prevents downtime when the tube reaches the end of its service life.

Designed for Hanna Instruments BL13x series peristaltic dosing pumps used in commercial pool and spa water treatment. The tubing is dimensionally matched to the BL13x pump head, so roller compression and delivery rate stay within specification. Check your pump model plate against the BL13x designation before ordering.

Position de montage

The tube sits inside the pump head between the rotor rollers and the housing, with the connector ends attached to the suction line from the chemical tank and the discharge line to the injection point. Switch off and depressurise the dosing line, open the pump head cover and lift out the old tube before seating the new one. Make sure the tube is not twisted and that both ends are locked in their retainers before closing the head.

Peristaltic tubing is a consumable and gradually loses elasticity where the rollers compress it. Typical replacement is scheduled every few months depending on duty cycle, chemical aggressiveness and ambient temperature. Replace immediately if you see flattening, cracking, leakage in the pump head or a drop in delivered dose.

Remarques concernant la commande

Supplied as a set of two tubes, which covers one replacement plus a spare or a two-pump installation. The set contains tubing only; rollers, pump head covers and injection valves are ordered separately. Always keep at least one spare set in stock to avoid interrupting chemical dosing.
