It keeps the glass bulb and reference junction hydrated between measurements, which is essential for the pH and ORP probes used in Hanna pool controllers and dosing systems. Storing an electrode in this solution instead of water or dry air preserves response time and measurement accuracy.

Avec quoi ça va ?

The solution suits standard glass pH electrodes and ORP electrodes with a refillable or gel-filled reference, including the probes used with Hanna BL120 and similar pool dosing controllers. It is a general-purpose storage fluid, so it is not tied to one probe model. Use it for any electrode the manufacturer specifies should be stored wet.

Mode d'emploi

Fill the electrode’s protective cap or a small container with enough solution to cover the sensing bulb and the reference junction. Refit the cap onto the probe and keep it upright during storage. Before returning the probe to service, rinse it with clean water and never wipe the bulb dry, then recalibrate if required.

Durée de vie

Replace the solution when it becomes discoloured, cloudy or contaminated with sample water, and top up whenever the level drops below the bulb. A 30 ml bottle typically covers several refill cycles for a single electrode. Keep the bottle sealed and stored at room temperature to avoid evaporation.

Remarques concernant la commande

Sold as a single 30 ml bottle, not as part of a calibration or maintenance kit. Calibration buffers and cleaning solutions are separate items and cannot be substituted for storage solution. Order additional bottles if you maintain several probes or hold spare electrodes in stock.
