Flotide/MEGA – Motor Cooling Fan for Pool Pump SB20 / SB30 / SR20 / SR30

This is the genuine Flotide/MEGA replacement motor cooling fan designed for the SB and SR series pool pump range, specifically fitting the SB20, SB30, SR20, and SR30 models. Mounted on the rear of the pump motor, the fan draws air over the motor housing to prevent overheating and maintain reliable, long-term pump performance.

Compatibilité

This cooling fan is a direct replacement part for Flotide/MEGA SB20, SB30, SR20, and SR30 pool pumps — self-priming centrifugal pumps widely used in medium to large domestic swimming pools. It is not designed for other models in the SB/SR family such as the SB10, SB15, SR10, or SR15; always verify your pump model before ordering.

Pourquoi l'authenticité est importante

Using a genuine Flotide/MEGA OEM cooling fan ensures precise dimensional fit on the motor shaft and correct airflow balance. A substandard or incorrectly matched fan can cause vibration, inadequate cooling, and premature motor failure — so an authentic replacement is essential for warranty compliance and long service life.

Installation

Replacement of the motor cooling fan requires removing the motor end cover and accessing the rear of the motor shaft. This task involves working with electrical components and is best carried out by a qualified pool technician or electrician. Ensure the pump is fully isolated from the power supply before beginning any work.
