Davey - Ensemble complet de variateur de vitesse (VSD) pour StarFlo VS DSF420VSCE - 404215

Davey – Complete Variable Speed Drive (VSD) Assembly for StarFlo VS DSF420VSCE

This is the genuine Davey complete Variable Speed Drive (VSD) assembly (part number 404215), designed exclusively for the Davey StarFlo VS DSF420VSCE pool pump. The VSD is the core electronic unit that controls motor speed, manages the digital user interface, and orchestrates all programmable speed and scheduling functions on the pump. It is the part to replace when the pump loses speed control, displays electronic faults, or the control panel becomes unresponsive.

Compatibilité

This complete VSD assembly fits the Davey StarFlo VS DSF420VSCE — the 2.2 hp / 1,650 W variable-speed model in the European StarFlo VS range. It is not compatible with the DSF250VSCE or any single-speed StarFlo variant. Always verify your pump’s model label before ordering to ensure an exact match.

Le rôle du VSD

The variable speed drive governs the motor across the full operating range of 450 to 2,900 rpm, enabling four pre-set speeds, adjustable daily scheduling, and operating modes including manual, auto, priming, and boost/superchlorination. It also drives the digital display that shows pump speed, theoretical flow rate, and energy consumption in real time. A failed or damaged VSD will prevent the pump from operating at variable speeds or responding to programmed commands.

Pourquoi l'authenticité est importante

As a safety-critical electronic assembly operating at mains voltage and in a pool environment, fitting a non-genuine or incompatible VSD risks pump damage, voided warranty, and potential safety hazards. This is the Davey-approved replacement part, engineered to the exact specification of the DSF420VSCE, ensuring correct motor communication, full feature compatibility, and reliable long-term performance.
