This is the genuine AstralPool replacement anti-vibration mount (silent block) for the Alaska Basic pool pump. Positioned at number 13 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram, it is a rubber-and-metal isolator that sits between the pump/motor assembly and its mounting base, absorbing vibration and dampening operational noise.

By cushioning the mechanical movement of the motor, the silent block reduces structure-borne noise transmitted to the pool plant room floor or equipment cabinet, helping the pump run more quietly and protecting surrounding fixtures from vibration fatigue over time.

This part is designed exclusively for the AstralPool Alaska Basic pump (parent SKU 69385). Always cross-reference the exploded-view position number (13) and your pump’s model number before ordering to ensure an exact fit. If you are unsure which variant of the Alaska Basic you own, check the motor nameplate or the original documentation supplied with the pump.

Genuine AstralPool spare parts are manufactured to the same tolerances as the original components, ensuring correct fitment, durability, and sustained vibration isolation. Aftermarket alternatives may differ in rubber hardness or thread specification, compromising performance and potentially voiding any remaining pump warranty.

Replacement is straightforward for a competent technician: the pump motor is unbolted from its baseplate, the worn mount removed, and the new silent block fitted before reassembly. It is advisable to inspect and replace all mounts at the same service interval to maintain balanced isolation across the pump unit.
