This is a 30-piece kit of calibration and maintenance solutions intended for the pH and ORP electrodes used in Hanna Instruments pool and spa controllers and dosing systems. It bundles the buffer and electrode-care fluids needed to keep measuring probes reading accurately between service intervals. The kit is supplied under part number BL123-70-30 for the BL123 controller family and comparable Hanna pool water treatment installations.

The kit is specified for pool and spa electrodes used with Hanna Instruments controllers in the BL123 range and other Hanna pool and spa measuring equipment. It suits standard pH and ORP probes fitted in commercial pool circulation and dosing loops. Check that your controller uses Hanna pool-type electrodes before ordering, as buffer values must match the calibration routine of your instrument.

Isolate the probe holder, remove the electrode from the flow cell or in-line fitting and rinse it with clean water before contact with any solution. Follow the controller’s calibration sequence, immersing the electrode in the appropriate solution and allowing the reading to stabilise. Rinse between each solution to avoid cross-contamination, then refit the electrode and restore flow.

Calibration and cleaning frequency depends on bather load, water chemistry and probe age; many commercial pools recalibrate weekly to monthly. A 30-piece kit therefore covers roughly a season of routine servicing on a single installation. Solutions are single-use once opened and have a printed expiry date, so store them sealed, upright and away from heat.

This part number is supplied as a complete 30-piece kit, not as individual sachets or bottles. Electrodes, flow cells and controllers are ordered separately. If you only need a single buffer value or a cleaning solution, request the individual Hanna part rather than the full kit.
