This page provides the official exploded-view diagram and full bill of materials for the Hydro-Pro Heat Pump Type P On/Off, model reference P12/32, factory reference 7024526. The P12/32 delivers around 12 kW of heating output and the P range comes in black ABS casing, with a titanium heat exchanger that resists chlorine, bromine, salt, and all natural outdoor elements. The unit works by collecting energy from the outside air and transferring it into the pool water, using the same technology found in air-conditioning units and refrigerators. Use the numbered diagram below alongside the parts list to identify exactly the component you need — most visitors locate and confirm their part number within a few minutes.

Every numbered call-out printed on the diagram corresponds directly to a row in the parts table below it, so start by locating the area of the unit where your fault or wear is occurring — for example, the refrigerant circuit, the electrical box, or the fan assembly. Once you have narrowed down the area, find the position number on the diagram that points to the suspect component, then cross-reference that number in the parts table to retrieve the SKU. Use the SKU to add the correct item to your basket without ambiguity. Bear in mind that some positions carry a letter suffix — position 27 on this diagram, for instance, appears as both 27a (PC 1001 controller specific to the P12/32 build, SKU 7027824) and 27b (the standard PC 1001 controller variant, SKU 7026538) — these are distinct parts and ordering the wrong lettered variant will result in an incompatible controller. Note also that position number 10 appears twice in the source data: once for the LCD touch-screen display assembly Wi-Fi (SKU 7016596) and once for the metre extension cable (SKU 7025168), so read the part description carefully before adding to your basket. Where a position in the table has no SKU listed, the component is a structural or refrigerant-circuit item that is either not sold separately or must be replaced by a qualified technician working on the sealed refrigerant system; contact our team if you are unsure.

The P12/32 is built around five broad service zones, each containing the parts most commonly needed for maintenance or repair. The refrigerant and heat-transfer circuit is the core of the machine: the titanium heat exchanger (pos. 3, SKU 7024875) transfers heat from the refrigerant loop into the pool water, while the compressor (pos. 8, model WHP09740GUV-C9EU) drives the cycle. The low-pressure switch (pos. 20, SKU 7011009) and high-pressure switch (pos. 24, SKU 7011008) protect the refrigerant circuit against out-of-range operating pressures, and the 4-way reverse valve (pos. 21) controls the direction of the refrigerant flow. The conjunto de ventilador moves air across the evaporator (pos. 16): the axial fan motor 45 W YDK45-6-2 (pos. 14, SKU 7024871) drives the four-blade fan (pos. 13, SKU 7011024, 440 mm diameter, anticlockwise rotation), which is mounted on the fan motor bracket (pos. 12) and protected by the fan motor net (pos. 11). The caja eléctrica (pos. 26, covered by pos. 25) houses the PC 1001 controller (pos. 27a/27b), relay (pos. 29), and both the 5-way wire connector (pos. 1, SKU 7011025) and 2-way wire connector (pos. 30, SKU 7011019), along with the two run capacitors — the 60 µF round AMP condensator (pos. 2, SKU 7010433) for the compressor and the 3 µF square plugged condensator (pos. 4, SKU 7010417) for the fan motor. The user-interface and water-sensing group includes the LCD touch-screen display assembly with Wi-Fi (pos. 10, SKU 7016596), the water flow switch with glue adapter 32 mm (pos. 28, SKU 7006471) — an integrated flow switch that senses water movement and automatically starts the heater when the pool pump runs, stopping it again when the pump shuts off — and the Hydro-Pro+ Premium needle valve (pos. 19, SKU 7006466). Finally, the enclosure and structural panels — chassis (pos. 5), front panel (pos. 6), back panel (pos. 15), right panel (pos. 31), middle separation panel (pos. 7), supporting panel (pos. 17), and top lid 956 × 360 mm (pos. 18, SKU 7033047) — complete the cabinet.

The most important variant decision on this diagram concerns position 27, the PC 1001 controller. Position 27a (SKU 7027824) carries the factory reference 82300022-35005-310457 and is designated specifically for the P12/32 build, whereas position 27b (SKU 7026538) shares the same controller part number but is the general variant used across other models in the Type P family — fitting the wrong one may result in incorrect calibration or display behaviour, so confirm your exact unit before ordering. For the fan blade at position 13, the listing specifies a 440 mm diameter, 10 mm shaft hole, anticlockwise rotation, four-blade configuration: each of those four parameters must match your existing blade, because even a blade of the correct diameter but clockwise rotation will move air in the wrong direction and reduce efficiency significantly. The two capacitors (pos. 2 and pos. 4) are different in both capacitance and connector type — the 60 µF round AMP type (pos. 2) and the 3 µF square plugged type (pos. 4) are not interchangeable — so use the position number and SKU together to ensure you select the correct one. Where accessory items such as the extension cable (SKU 7025168) or the needle valve (pos. 19, SKU 7006466) are involved, check the connection size against your existing pipework before ordering to avoid a return.

Cómo utilizar el esquema numerado para localizar tu pieza
