This is the genuine Maytronics replacement outer casing (carcasa exterior) for the Dolphin Supreme M5 Bio PVC robotic pool cleaner. The outer casing is the complete external shell assembly that encloses and protects the robot’s internal drive, motor and filtration components, maintaining the structural integrity and watertight performance of the unit throughout its working life.

The outer casing forms the primary protective housing of the Dolphin Supreme M5 Bio, shielding all internal assemblies from pool water ingress, mechanical impact and UV exposure. Its PVC-compatible construction is specifically engineered to cope with the particular chemical and biological conditions found in natural pools and swimming ponds, where organic matter, micro-organisms and varying water chemistry place greater demands on materials than a conventional chlorinated pool.

This assembly is a direct-fit replacement for the Maytronics Dolphin Supreme M5 Bio PVC robotic cleaner — Maytronics’ dedicated automated solution for natural pools and swimming ponds up to 15 metres in length. The Supreme M5 Bio features a triple active-brush system with two bio-brushes plus a dual-speed brush, integrated gyroscope, smart sensors for regeneration-zone avoidance, and a top-opening three-stage filter compartment. Ensure you are fitting this assembly to the correct Bio PVC variant of the Supreme M5 before ordering.

Visible cracking, warping or splitting of the external shell; hinge points or clip-retention features that no longer hold securely; sections of the casing that have become brittle or discoloured after prolonged exposure to UV and pool water; or physical impact damage that compromises the fit between upper and lower halves of the robot body. Any breach of the outer casing can allow debris ingress to internal components and should be addressed promptly.

Genuine Maytronics parts are manufactured to the exact dimensional tolerances and material specifications of the original robot. Third-party casings frequently differ in wall thickness, hinge geometry or clip design, leading to poor sealing, accelerated wear on adjacent components and potential voiding of any remaining warranty. As a complete ASSY unit, this casing arrives ready to fit without additional fabrication.
