This is the genuine Davey replacement mains power supply lead for the Davey Silensor and SilensorPro VSD variable-speed pool pump range, configured to European electrical standards. The lead connects the pump motor to the mains supply and is a critical safety-rated component; it is typically replaced when the original cable shows damage, insulation wear, or during a full motor service.

This European-specification lead (Davey part 15073-3) is designed for Davey Silensor and SilensorPro VSD pump models sold in Europe (CE-marked variants). It is not interchangeable with the Australian/New Zealand or Americas market variants, which use different regional cable and plug configurations. If you are unsure which lead your pump requires, check your pump’s model label for the CE designation or consult the spare parts list for your specific model.

The power lead on a VSD pool pump carries mains voltage and must meet the electrical safety standards of the host country. Using a genuine Davey part ensures the correct cable rating, insulation grade, and connector type for European installations, protecting both the pump’s variable-speed drive electronics and the end user. Aftermarket leads may not satisfy local low-voltage directive requirements or Davey’s own warranty conditions.

Replacement of the mains power lead requires partial disassembly of the pump motor casing using Davey Silensor service spanners. The lead is routed through the motor casing and secured at the non-drive end shield. Davey recommends that all electrical work is carried out by a qualified electrician, and that the installation is protected by an earth leakage or residual current device (RCD).
