Brass Needle Valve for Pressure Gauge Isolation — 1/2″ BSP, 2.5 bar
This compact brass pressure gauge valve allows installers to isolate or connect a pressure gauge on any 1/2″ BSP pipeline without interrupting system flow. The inline body features a 1/2″ male BSP inlet on one side and a 1/2″ female BSP outlet on the other, with a top-mounted threaded boss designed to accept a standard pressure gauge fitting. The lever-operated needle mechanism provides a positive shut-off, enabling safe gauge removal, calibration, or replacement while the system remains pressurised.
Cast from dezincification-resistant brass and fitted with a black rubber-grip lever, the valve is suited for pool plant rooms, irrigation manifolds, greenhouse heating circuits, and general waterworks where accurate pressure monitoring is essential. The working temperature range of 20 °C to 90 °C covers both cold-water supply and hot-water heating applications up to the rated 2.5 bar working pressure.

Compatibilidad
Designed for direct connection to standard 1/2″ BSP male-threaded pressure gauges via the top port. The male-thread inlet connects to any 1/2″ BSP female socket on pumps, filters, pipework, or manifold headers. The swivel female union outlet allows tool-free alignment during installation. Suitable for pool circulation systems, drip-irrigation pressure-monitoring stations, and hot-water heating loops operating within the stated 2.5 bar / 90 °C limits. Not recommended for steam service or system pressures above 2.5 bar.
