Quartz Glass Sleeve QG026 – VSC 277 × 40 mm (11/12/15W Amalgam)
The QG026 is a high-purity quartz glass sleeve for UV-C pool, pond and water treatment systems. Quartz glass transmits UV-C radiation (254 nm) with minimal absorption, isolating the UV-C lamp from direct water contact while keeping germicidal output at maximum effectiveness.
Cuándo hay que cambiarlo
Replace the sleeve whenever it appears cracked, cloudy or has mineral scale that cannot be removed by dilute acid cleaning. A degraded sleeve reduces UV-C transmission by up to 50%, significantly lowering disinfection performance. Entry-level VSC models fitted with compact PL-type UV-C lamps use this sleeve.
