This is the genuine Fluidra replacement diffuser assembly for Ø900 mm sand filters with 2½” connections. The diffuser sits at the top of the filter tank and evenly distributes incoming pool water across the entire sand bed, ensuring consistent filtration performance and preventing channelling. It is a direct OEM spare, engineered to exact factory tolerances for a leak-free, drop-in fit.

Compatibilidad

Designed specifically for Fluidra and AstralPool Ø900 mm laminated sand filters with 2½” side connections and a flow rate of approximately 30,000 l/h, supplied without a multiport valve. Always cross-reference your filter’s model number and connection size before ordering, as diffuser assemblies are diameter- and connection-specific and will not interchange with other tank sizes.

The diffuser and its internal tube are manufactured from highly resistant PVC and polypropylene, selected by Fluidra engineers for long-term chemical and UV resistance. Instalación

Before refitting, remove all residual sand from the diffuser tube and surrounding area inside the tank. Seat the assembly firmly and ensure all joints are clean and properly aligned before replacing the filter lid. We recommend having a qualified pool technician carry out the replacement on large commercial-grade filters of this diameter.
