Davey - StarFlo Pump Motor Flange - 403141

Davey – StarFlo Pump Motor Flange

This is the genuine Davey replacement flange (part number 403141) for the StarFlo pool pump series. The flange is a critical structural component that sits between the pump body and the motor assembly, securing the motor in precise alignment with the hydraulic end and maintaining the integrity of the pump unit.

Compatibilidad

This flange is a shared part across the full Davey StarFlo range — covering all single-phase CE models (DSF150CE, DSF200CE, DSF250CE, DSF300CE, and DSF420CE) as well as the three-phase models DSF3003FCE and DSF4203FCE. If your StarFlo pump is showing signs of cracking, warping, or physical damage to the motor-to-pump-body interface, this is the part to replace.

Por qué lo genuino importa

Using an authentic Davey flange ensures correct fitment tolerances, maintains proper motor shaft alignment, and avoids vibration or seal failures that can result from inferior aftermarket substitutes. Genuine Davey parts also protect your pump warranty and give you confidence in long-term reliability.

Instalación

Replacing the flange typically involves separating the motor from the pump body and requires basic mechanical knowledge. Professional installation by a qualified pool technician is recommended to ensure correct reassembly, shaft alignment, and seal integrity.
