Davey - Resorte de recambio para el filtro de cartucho Crystal Clear ER 225/270 - 33376

Davey – Crystal Clear ER 225/270 Cartridge Filter Replacement Spring

This is the genuine Davey replacement spring for the Crystal Clear ER Series cartridge filters, specifically compatible with the DCC225EU (225 sq ft) and DCC270EU (270 sq ft) models. The spring sits inside the filter tank and applies the correct retaining tension to keep the filter cartridge(s) correctly seated during operation, ensuring consistent filtration performance and a proper seal. It is typically replaced when the original spring shows signs of fatigue, corrosion, or deformation, or whenever the filter is opened and the spring is found to be damaged.

Compatibilidad

Designed exclusively for the Davey Crystal Clear ER Series cartridge filters in the DCC225EU and DCC270EU configurations — both single and twin-cartridge variants. These filters are suitable for in-ground and above-ground pools. Always verify your filter model number before ordering, as this spring is not interchangeable with other Crystal Clear or EasyClear series models outside the 225/270 range.

Por qué lo genuino importa

Using a genuine Davey spring ensures the correct spring rate and dimensions for the Crystal Clear ER tank, maintaining the precise cartridge pressure needed for reliable filtration and safe lid seating. Non-genuine substitutes may not match the original tension specification, which can lead to cartridge movement, bypassing of unfiltered water, or difficulty closing the lid safely.

Instalación

Before servicing, always de-pressurise the filter via the manual air bleed and isolate the pump. Remove the filter lid, lift out the cartridge(s), and exchange the worn spring for the new one before reassembling in reverse order. If in doubt, consult a qualified pool technician or the Crystal Clear ER Series Installation and Operating Instructions.
