AstralPool - Viena Filter Outlet Gasket 63–75 mm - CE04160144

AstralPool – Viena Filter Outlet Gasket 63–75 mm

This is the genuine AstralPool outlet gasket for the Viena Filter, sealing the water outlet port where filtered water leaves the filter body and enters the return pipework. Designed to create a watertight connection on 63 mm and 75 mm outlet pipe fittings, it prevents leaks at one of the most pressure-critical points of the filtration circuit. It occupies position 21 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram for the Viena Filter.

Compatibilidad

This gasket is engineered exclusively for the AstralPool Viena Filter (parent SKU SLX1050-20M). It fits outlet connections sized at 63 mm and 75 mm diameter. Always cross-reference the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram (position 21) before ordering to confirm the correct part for your specific filter configuration.

Por qué lo genuino importa

An OEM gasket is manufactured to the exact material specification, thickness, and durometer required by AstralPool, ensuring a reliable compression seal under the operating pressures of the Viena Filter. Aftermarket alternatives may differ in profile or hardness, leading to premature failure and water leakage. Using a genuine part also preserves any applicable AstralPool product warranty.

Instalación

Shut down the filtration pump and relieve system pressure before replacing the gasket. Remove the outlet connection fitting, extract the worn gasket, clean the seating surface, and fit the new gasket without lubricants unless specified in the filter manual. Reassemble the fitting, restore pressure gradually, and check for leaks. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with pressurised pool filtration systems.
