AstralPool - Base de filtro con skimmer D.1600 para piscinas de hormigón - SP-04-0459

AstralPool – skimmer filter base d.1600 for concrete pools

The AstralPool Filter Base D.1600 is the main housing body of the D.1600 series skimmer, designed for permanent installation in concrete swimming pools. It forms the structural foundation of the skimmer assembly, integrating flush into the pool wall to collect surface debris before it reaches the filtration system. As a genuine OEM replacement part, it ensures a precise fit and long-term reliability within the D.1600 skimmer system.

Compatibilidad

This filter base is specifically engineered for the AstralPool D.1600 skimmer series with round cover, intended for in-ground concrete pool construction and renovation. It is not a universal part — always verify your existing skimmer model number before ordering to ensure correct fitment.

Por qué es importante la autenticidad

Using an authentic AstralPool replacement base guarantees dimensional accuracy, material quality, and correct port alignment for plumbing connections. Aftermarket alternatives may not meet the tolerances required for a watertight seal, risking leaks or structural instability in the pool wall. Genuine parts also protect any remaining warranty on your pool equipment.

Instalación

The filter base is typically set into the concrete shell during pool construction or major renovation. Replacement requires breaking out the surrounding concrete, making this a job best handled by a qualified pool technician or builder. Ensure all plumbing connections are properly sealed and bonded before refilling the pool.
