This is the genuine AstralPool replacement flow switch for the UV-C Amalgam Sterilizer 130 W (ref. 68139), corresponding to position 8 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram. The flow switch is an in-line safety sensor that detects water movement through the sterilizer and activates the UV lamp only when sufficient flow is present — protecting the unit from overheating and dry-run damage.

Cómo funciona

When your pool pump runs and water circulates through the sterilizer chamber, the flow switch signals the control electronics to energise the 130 W amalgam UV lamp.
