AstralPool – filter manifold collector arm 3/4″ 110 mm – pack of 4

This is a pack of four genuine AstralPool 3/4″ male-thread, 110 mm collector arms (manifold laterals) designed to sit inside the lower manifold assembly of AstralPool sand or glass-media pool filters. Each arm is a slotted lateral that draws clarified water from the base of the filter bed and returns it to the pool, making it one of the most critical components in the filtration circuit. Sold as a set of four, this pack makes a complete or partial manifold refresh straightforward in a single purchase.

Compatibilidad

These 110 mm collector arms with 3/4″ male threaded connection are compatible with a wide range of AstralPool sand filters, including the Millennium Ø 380 mm and Ø 430 mm (side and top valve versions), Millennium Top Ø 380 mm and Ø 430 mm, Cantabric Ø 400 mm (side and top valve), Bilbao Ø 350 mm and Ø 400 mm, and other AstralPool filters that share the same lateral specification. Por qué es importante la autenticidad

Collector arms must maintain their structural integrity and precise slot gauge to prevent filter media — sand or glass — from bypassing into the pool. Genuine AstralPool laterals are manufactured from chemical-resistant polymer to the exact slot tolerance required by the filter design. A cracked or counterfeit lateral can allow sand to pass through into the pool, immediately compromising water quality and potentially damaging the pump impeller.

Instalación

Each arm threads directly into the central manifold hub at the base of the filter tank. Drain and open the filter, remove the manifold assembly, unscrew the worn laterals and hand-tighten the new arms — no special tools required for the laterals themselves. It is advisable to inspect the manifold hub O-ring and replace it at the same time. Reassemble, recharge with filter media if needed, and perform a short backwash cycle before returning the filter to service.
