AstralPool - Diffuser Assembly for Side Filter Ø900 (Yellow Housing, 2" Valve) - CE04300711

AstralPool – Diffuser Assembly for Side Filter Ø900 (Yellow Housing, 2″ Valve)

This is the genuine AstralPool replacement diffuser assembly (position 9 in the official Fluidra exploded view) for the Side Filter with Yellow Housing, Ø900 mm, 2″ valve (SPHS900). The diffuser sits inside the filter tank and evenly distributes incoming water across the sand or filter-glass media bed, ensuring efficient, uniform filtration on every cycle. Replacing a worn or damaged diffuser restores your filter’s hydraulic performance and prevents channelling through the media.

Compatibilidad

This diffuser assembly is designed exclusively for the AstralPool Side Filter with Yellow Housing in the 760 and 900 mm diameter range fitted with a 2″ multiport valve (parent model SPHS900). It corresponds to position 9 in the official Fluidra/AstralPool parts diagram. Always verify your filter’s model reference and exploded-view position number before ordering to ensure a correct fit.

Por qué lo genuino importa

AstralPool diffusers for the Ø900 side-filter range are manufactured from chemically resistant, UV-stable PVC and polypropylene — materials engineered to withstand continuous immersion, pool chemicals, and operating pressures up to 2.5 kg/cm². A genuine OEM part guarantees the precise dimensional tolerances needed for a watertight seat inside the filter body, preventing bypass flow that would compromise water quality.

Instalación

Fitting this assembly requires draining and opening the filter tank. The diffuser locates centrally inside the filter body above the lateral collector system and is secured without special tools in most configurations. We recommend having a qualified pool technician carry out the replacement to ensure correct seating, media re-loading, and a leak-free restart of the filtration circuit.
