AstralPool - Alpine Filter Base 650 mm - CE04040005

AstralPool – Alpine Filter Base 650 mm

This is the genuine OEM lower tank base for the AstralPool Alpine Filter with a 650 mm vessel diameter (model FAHS650L). It forms the structural foundation of the filter tank, housing the underdrain laterals and providing the mounting feet and drain connection points that keep the entire filtration unit stable and leak-free. Replacing a cracked or damaged base with an exact-fit genuine part restores the filter to its original pressure rating and performance.

Compatibilidad

Designed exclusively for the AstralPool Alpine Filter FAHS650L (650 mm tank diameter). This part corresponds to position 10 in the official Fluidra/AstralPool exploded-view diagram. Always verify your filter’s model number and tank diameter before ordering, as bases from other Alpine diameters are not interchangeable.

Por qué lo genuino importa

As a certified AstralPool spare part, this base is manufactured to the same material and dimensional tolerances as the original component, ensuring a pressure-tight fit with the upper tank shell, O-ring seating, and lateral underdrain assembly. Third-party alternatives may not match the wall thickness, thread specifications, or foot geometry, risking leaks or structural failure under working pressure.

Instalación

Replacement of the filter base is a significant service job that requires fully draining and disassembling the filter tank, transferring the underdrain lateral assembly, and re-torquing the tank clamp or union ring to the manufacturer’s specification. Professional installation by a qualified pool technician is strongly recommended to ensure safe reassembly and correct pressure testing before returning the filter to service.
