This is the genuine Zodiac replacement low pressure switch for the Zodiac PX50 Full Inverter pool heat pump (model WH000432). Mounted within the refrigerant circuit, the switch monitors suction-side pressure and cuts power to the compressor if pressure drops below a safe threshold — protecting the unit from refrigerant loss, compressor seizure, or system damage. It corresponds to position 47 in the official Fluidra exploded view for this model.

This part is designed exclusively for the Zodiac PX50 heat pump, parent model WH000432. The PX50 is a Full Inverter pool heat pump covering pool volumes from 35 to 150 m³ with output ranging from 6.3 kW to 24 kW, suitable for both heating and cooling. Always cross-reference your unit’s model number and the official exploded diagram before ordering to confirm fitment.

As a safety-critical component in the refrigerant loop, using a genuine Zodiac part ensures the switch trips at the correct factory-calibrated pressure threshold. An out-of-spec aftermarket switch risks either nuisance shutdowns or — more seriously — failing to protect the compressor under low-pressure fault conditions. Genuine Zodiac parts also maintain your unit’s warranty compliance.

Replacing a low pressure switch involves working on the refrigerant circuit, which is a regulated task in most European countries requiring a certified F-Gas technician. Ensure the system is properly recovered and de-pressurised before removal. Refer to the official Fluidra/Zodiac service documentation for torque specifications and re-commissioning procedures.
