This is the genuine AstralPool replacement motor stud for the 3 HP (3 CV) three-phase Cala pump, model CA300T. A motor stud is a precision-threaded fastener that secures the motor assembly firmly to the pump body, maintaining correct alignment and a leak-free joint between the two housings. Identified as position 20 in the official Fluidra exploded view diagram, it is an exact factory-specification part.

This motor stud is designed exclusively for the AstralPool Cala pump in the 3 HP three-phase variant (CA300T). The Cala range is a centrifugal pump series used for spas, countercurrent swimming installations, backwash circuits, and other pool-side applications. Always cross-reference the exploded view position (position 20) and your pump’s model code before ordering to ensure correct fitment.

Using an original AstralPool motor stud ensures the correct thread pitch, material grade, and dimensional tolerances are maintained. An ill-fitting or substandard fastener can cause motor misalignment, vibration, accelerated seal wear, or water ingress into the motor housing — all of which shorten pump life significantly. Genuine Fluidra parts are manufactured to the same standards as the original build.

Replacement of a motor stud requires partial disassembly of the pump — separating the motor from the pump body. It is recommended that this work is carried out by a qualified pool technician. Refer to the official Cala installation and maintenance manual and the Fluidra exploded view (position 20) to ensure correct reassembly torque and component orientation.
