With a peak heating capacity of 30.6 kW at A27/W27 and a COP of up to 14.3 under warm conditions, the Norsup Vertical SG P 31V/32 is purpose-built for large pools of 90–160 m³. The full-inverter drive — powered by a Mitsubishi rotary compressor — continuously modulates output between 0.53 kW and 7.0 kW motor draw, so the unit never consumes more energy than the pool demands. Connectivity via both Wi-Fi and 4G means the pump can be monitored and adjusted from anywhere without relying on a home network.

The SG P 31V/32 carries an A energy label and delivers a COP of 7.8 at the standard A15/W25 test condition, rising to 14.3 at A27/W27 — one of the highest efficiency figures in its class. As an all-season model, it operates in air temperatures down to –15 °C with automatic defrost, allowing the pool season to extend well into spring and autumn. A selectable cooling mode lets the unit reduce water temperature during heat waves, giving year-round climate control.

R32 refrigerant carries a global warming potential roughly three times lower than the R410A gas it replaces, making this unit a more environmentally responsible choice without sacrificing performance. The Mitsubishi rotary compressor is paired with a titanium twisted heat exchanger that resists corrosion from salt and chlorine, protecting long-term reliability. Soft-start electronics eliminate voltage spikes on power-up, reducing strain on both the compressor and the site’s electrical installation.

The vertical upright format (920 × 910 × 1020 mm, 116 kg) takes up less ground footprint than an equivalent horizontal unit and promotes good airflow in tighter plant-room areas. The 50 mm plumbing connection suits standard European pool pipework, and the weather-resistant ABS cabinet is finished in black. A winter cover is included in the package, protecting the unit during extended shutdown periods.
