Rated to 30 bar and 120 °C, this 65 mm solid-brass adaptor transitions a 1½” male BSP thread to a 38 mm hose tail, making it one of the most capable fittings in its size class for pool plant-room and industrial plumbing. The heavy-duty brass body withstands the thermal and pressure cycles common in heated pool systems, solar circuits, and commercial pump installations without risk of deformation or corrosion.

Machined from brass throughout, the adaptor offers excellent resistance to chlorinated water, mild chemicals, and heat. The 30 bar working-pressure rating far exceeds typical pool system pressures, providing a substantial safety margin even in high-head commercial pump installations. A 45 mm spanner flat allows controlled tightening without damaging the fitting body.

The 65 mm overall length keeps the transition compact within confined pump or filter chambers. The 1½” male thread engages standard BSP female ports found on most European pool pumps, filter heads, and manifold valves, while the 38 mm hose tail accepts reinforced flexible hose secured with a standard hose clamp — no special tooling required.

Particularly useful when connecting flexible suction or return hose to a 1½” threaded pump or filter port, or when plumbing solar heating circuits where elevated temperatures rule out plastic alternatives. The brass construction also makes it compatible with heat-pump bypass loops and chemical dosing lines where temperature and chemical exposure are a consideration.
