This is the genuine Maytronics replacement small wheel in light grey (part 99830152) for the Dolphin E20 and a range of compatible robotic pool cleaners. Positioned as part of the wheel assembly, it works in tandem with the drive system to keep the cleaner moving smoothly and maintaining correct ground contact across the pool floor and walls.

The small wheel forms part of the complete wheel assembly on the underside of the robot, providing structural support and balanced movement. It works alongside the large wheel and wheel cover components to ensure the cleaner tracks accurately and maintains consistent traction on smooth and tiled surfaces. A worn or cracked small wheel disrupts this balance and can cause the robot to veer, stall, or fail to climb pool walls correctly.

This part is a genuine Maytronics original spare compatible with the Dolphin E10, E20, and E25, as well as the Dolphin S100, Mini Kart, Ag series, and MR 10 and MR 20 models. It also supersedes the earlier white variant (9983015) and the dark grey variant (99830151), making it the current-specification replacement wheel across this platform.

Inspect the small wheels if the cleaner begins moving erratically, dragging to one side, or leaving sections of the pool uncleaned. Visible cracking, chips, flat spots, or a wheel that no longer spins freely are clear indicators that replacement is overdue. Because these wheels are subject to constant friction against pool surfaces and exposure to chlorinated water, periodic replacement is part of sound preventive maintenance.

Genuine Maytronics wheels are manufactured to the exact tolerances of the original assembly, ensuring correct fitment, the right rolling diameter, and material durability suited to a pool environment. Aftermarket alternatives may differ in diameter or hardness, causing premature wear on the wheel hub or axle, and can void any remaining warranty on the robot. Using an OEM part from poolparthub.com guarantees you receive the correct specification every time.
