Zodiac – Titanium Heat Exchanger for PX50 Heat Pump

This is the genuine Zodiac replacement titanium heat exchanger for the PX50 Full Inverter pool heat pump (WH000428). The heat exchanger is the core component responsible for transferring thermal energy between the refrigerant circuit and pool water, keeping your heating or cooling performance at its best. Manufactured from titanium, it offers outstanding resistance to corrosion — including saltwater pool environments.

Kompatibilität

This heat exchanger is designed exclusively for the Zodiac PX50 heat pump, parent SKU WH000428. It corresponds to position 34 in the official Fluidra exploded view diagram. If you are unsure whether this part matches your specific PX50 variant, please cross-reference the exploded view in your unit’s installation manual before ordering.

Warum Echtheit zählt

The Zodiac PX50 is a Full Inverter heat pump covering pools up to 150 m³ with output from 6.3 kW to 24 kW. Using a genuine OEM titanium heat exchanger ensures the thermal transfer efficiency and dimensional tolerances match the original design exactly, maintaining peak COP and protecting the refrigerant circuit from cross-contamination or leaks caused by ill-fitting aftermarket parts.

Installation

Replacement of the heat exchanger is an internal refrigerant-side repair. This work must be carried out by a qualified pool heating technician or F-gas certified engineer. Always isolate the unit from power and fully discharge the refrigerant circuit before disassembly. Refer to the official Fluidra service documentation and the exploded view for correct reassembly torque values and sealing requirements.
