This Profec dry-type pressure gauge features a 63 mm diameter dial and a bottom-entry 1/4″ BSP male threaded connection, making it ideal for monitoring suction-side and low-pressure circuits in pool filtration systems, irrigation pump sets, and greenhouse watering installations. The dual-scale dial reads from -1 to 0 bar and -30 to 0 inHg simultaneously, covering the full vacuum range required for pump inlet monitoring. The dry (non-glycerine-filled) construction keeps the unit lightweight and easy to read without fluid migration concerns.
The case is manufactured from impact-resistant polycarbonate with a black finish, providing good resistance to UV and outdoor conditions. Internal wetted parts use copper alloy (brass) for systems up to 40 bar rated working pressure, and the Bourdon tube is phosphorous bronze for higher-range variants. Accuracy is Class 1.6 per EN 837-1, meaning the maximum permissible error across the full scale is ±1.6% of full-scale deflection — sufficient for field monitoring of pumps, filters, and pressure-reduction stations.

Compatible with water, air, and non-aggressive gases that are safe for copper-alloy wetted parts. Not suitable for acetylene, ammonia, or other copper-attacking media. Confirm thread standard (BSP/NPT) of the receiving port before installation; the gauge is supplied with BSP parallel thread.
