Maytronics Dolphin E20 lange Radabdeckung, grau – M96100014

Maytronics Dolphin E20 long wheel cover grey

This is the genuine Maytronics large (long) wheel cover in grey for the Dolphin E20 robotic pool cleaner. It is the outer protective panel that snaps over the large wheel assembly on each side of the robot, preserving the drive system’s integrity and maintaining the unit’s factory profile.

Funktion und Passform

The long wheel cover encloses and shields the large wheel mechanism from pool debris, chemical exposure and physical impact during operation. Sized specifically for the S1/6C chassis used on the Dolphin E20 and E25, it is a direct, no-modification replacement that restores the robot’s original geometry and smooth movement across pool floors, walls and the waterline.

Kompatibilität

This part is confirmed for the Maytronics Dolphin E20 and E25, as well as the Mini Kart model, all of which share the same S1/6C platform. It carries Maytronics part number M96100014 and supersedes earlier part numbers 9983014 (white) and 99830141 (dark grey).

Signs that replacement is needed

Replace this cover when you notice visible cracking, warping or missing sections of the wheel housing; when the wheel axle or drive gear becomes exposed to debris; or when the robot develops an audible rattling from the wheel bay during a cleaning cycle. A damaged cover left unaddressed accelerates wear on the underlying wheel and gear components.

Warum Originalteile wichtig sind

Aftermarket covers are frequently moulded from lower-grade plastics that are insufficiently resistant to pool chemicals and UV radiation, leading to premature brittleness and poor fitment. A genuine Maytronics part is manufactured to the exact tolerances of the S1/6C chassis, ensuring a secure snap-fit, correct wheel clearance and long-term durability in a pool environment.
