Davey – StarFlo Pump Motor Rotor DSF300CE

This is the genuine Davey replacement motor rotor for the StarFlo DSF300CE pool pump. The rotor is the rotating magnetic core of the electric motor — it converts electrical energy into the mechanical rotation that drives the pump shaft and impeller. It is typically replaced following motor electrical failure, rotor winding damage, or seized bearings that have caused rotor damage.

Kompatibilität

This rotor is a model-specific spare part designed exclusively for the Davey StarFlo DSF300CE — the 1.5 hp (1,100 W) single-phase, single-speed pool pump produced for the European market. It is not interchangeable with the DSF420CE or three-phase StarFlo variants (DSF3003FCE / DSF4203FCE), which use different motor assemblies. Always verify your pump model number on the nameplate before ordering.

Warum Echtheit wichtig ist

Using the correct OEM Davey rotor ensures the motor’s electromagnetic tolerances and shaft dimensions are precisely matched to the DSF300CE stator and bearing assembly. A non-genuine or incorrectly sized rotor can cause excessive vibration, premature bearing wear, overheating, or motor failure — and will void your Davey warranty. This part is supplied directly through the official Davey Europe distribution network.

Installation

Motor rotor replacement requires dismantling the pump motor assembly, including removal of the back cover, fan cowl, fan, and bearings. This work should be carried out by a qualified pool technician or electrician. Ensure the pump is fully isolated from the power supply before starting any service work.
