The BIOV2-U-E5P is a original OEM electrolysis cell replacement for Bio-Pool® U salt chlorinator systems. With 5 plates (200 × 50 mm), this cell restores your chlorinator to full chlorine production without the need to replace the entire unit.

So funktioniert die Salzelektrolyse

Eine Elektrolysezelle erzeugt bei Bedarf Chlor im Filterkreislauf Ihres Schwimmbeckens. Ein Niederspannungs-Gleichstrom fließt durch im Salzwasser eingetauchte Titanelektrodenplatten und spaltet Natriumchlorid in hypochlorige Säure – das aktive Desinfektionsmittel. Die Säure desinfiziert das Wasser und wandelt sich anschließend wieder in Salz um, wodurch der Prozess kontinuierlich und selbsttragend abläuft und für Schwimmer weitaus schonender ist als die herkömmliche Chlordosierung.

The V2 U-line cell uses the same U-shaped housing and 200 × 50 mm vertical plate design as the V3 series, without the digital communication card. It is the correct replacement for all existing C-line V2 inline electrolyzers and provides the same reliable self-cleaning performance.
