This part is made exclusively for the AstralPool Sprint Chlore V.2 salt chlorinator (Fluidra reference 72570). Before ordering, confirm your unit’s model reference matches 72570, as the Sprint Chlore range includes multiple versions and this component is not cross-compatible with other Sprint Chlore variants or unrelated chlorinator models.

Electrical protection components in salt chlorinators must fit precisely to maintain the integrity of internal connections. A genuine AstralPool part ensures correct material grade, exact dimensional fit, and compliance with the original safety design — helping to preserve the chlorinator’s service life and reduce the risk of moisture-related failures at the contact points.

Replacement of the contact protection should be carried out by a qualified pool technician or electrician, as it involves working in proximity to the chlorinator’s electrical terminals. Always disconnect the unit from the mains supply before beginning any service work. Refer to the official Fluidra exploded diagram (position 6, owner code 72570) to confirm correct placement before reassembly.
