With a 50-micron filtration rating, this felt filter bag captures fine particles that the standard 150 µm mesh bag passes straight through — including fine sand, dust, and early-stage algae — without requiring an upgrade to the full 25 µm HEPA cartridge. It is the manufacturer-matched mid-range filter option for the Norsup AquaRacer One robotic pool cleaner, ensuring a correct fit and reliable seal every cleaning cycle.

Felt construction gives this bag a denser, more uniform pore structure than a woven mesh bag of the same nominal rating, making it well suited to pools with fine silt, construction dust, or a moderate bather load. At 50 µm it sits in a practical middle ground: it captures significantly more fine particulate than the coarse mesh bag, yet it flows freely enough not to starve the robot’s suction on a typical pool floor-and-wall cycle. Expect to rinse the bag more frequently than the 150 µm mesh version — roughly every two to three cleaning runs in finer-debris conditions.

This bag is designed exclusively for the Norsup AquaRacer One and is supplied through Norsup’s official spare-parts programme. Using the manufacturer-specified replacement avoids the risk of poor seating, bypass leakage, or damage to the filter housing that can result from generic alternatives. It is sold as a single bag and can be rotated with a second bag to allow one to dry while the other is in use — a practical approach for pools cleaned daily or every other day.

Felt filter bags are rinsed with a garden hose between sessions; spraying from the inside outward clears debris from the pores without embedding it deeper into the felt. Periodic soaking in a mild diluted solution removes calcium scale and sunscreen residues that reduce flow over time. Replace the bag when the felt shows thinning, tears, or persistent discolouration that rinsing cannot resolve, or when suction performance noticeably declines despite a clean filter.
