This page covers the complete exploded-view diagram and parts list for the Norsup UV Supernova Timer 120 W UV-C disinfection unit, sold under factory reference 7025379. The Supernova Timer is an upgrade of the standard Norsup Supernova, adding an LED display to indicate the status of the amalgam lamp so you always know when it is the right time to replace it. Its specially designed duplex housing makes the system suitable for all kinds of pools — chlorine-based, salt-water, and bio pools alike — while the amalgam lamp replaces the traditional UV-C lamp to deliver a higher, more stable UV output. Use the numbered diagram and the parts list below to identify exactly the component you need in a matter of minutes.

Every numbered call-out printed on the exploded-view diagram corresponds directly to a row in the parts list table on this page. The quickest way to work through the diagram is to start by locating the general area of the unit where your fault or wear is occurring — for example, the lamp chamber, the plumbing connections, or the electrical housing — then find the position number that sits closest to that component in the diagram. Once you have the position number, match it to the same number in the table to retrieve the part description and SKU, which is what you will need to add the correct item to your basket. Bear in mind that position number 3 appears twice in this BOM: once for the set of O-rings for the quartz glass and once for the electrics and flow assembly (SKU 7025567); read both rows carefully and select the one that matches your requirement. Where a position number has no SKU listed — such as position 3 for the O-ring set — this indicates the part may be supplied as part of a kit or is currently listed without a standalone order code; contact us directly if you are unsure. Always cross-reference the written description against the diagram before ordering, as dimensions and thread types printed in the description (for example “63 mm” or “1½" female thread”) are the definitive guide to fit. If you are working from a printed diagram that has been photocopied, check that the call-out numbers are still legible before placing your order, as a misread number is the most common cause of ordering the wrong part.

The Norsup UV Supernova Timer 120 W is built around five main service areas, each of which groups together one or more individually orderable parts. At the heart of the unit is the amalgam UV lamp (position 1, SKU 7025381) — this is the primary consumable on the system and the component most likely to require periodic replacement. Surrounding the lamp is the màniga de vidre de quars (position 2, SKU 7025563), which measures 920 × 31 mm and protects the lamp from direct water contact while allowing UV light to pass through; it should be inspected whenever the lamp is changed and replaced if cloudy or scratched. The quartz glass is sealed within the housing by the Joc d'anelles tòriques at position 3, which prevents water ingress at that joint. Also at position 3 is the electrics and flow assembly (SKU 7025567), which incorporates the electronic ballast, the timer display circuitry, and the safety switch referenced as UV-C lights 7029159 — this assembly governs the lamp-hours countdown that gives the Timer model its name. The duplex housing itself (position 5, SKU 7028714) encloses all of the above and is constructed to withstand both chlorinated and salt-water environments. Hydraulic connection to the pool pipework is made via the union couplers (position 6, a set of two 63 mm 2/3 union couplers, SKU 7028715) sealed by their dedicated coupler O-rings (position 7, SKU 7028716). The long reducer at position 13 (SKU 7028723) provides the 63 mm spigot-to-socket transition and also carries the 3/4" flow switch connection port, into which the interruptor de flux (position 14, SKU 7028724) is fitted — a flow switch is included as standard on the 120 W model and prevents the lamp from operating without water circulation. The muntatge de tancament, made up of the closure (position 10, SKU 7028720), its threaded nut (position 11, SKU 7028721), and its EPDM O-ring 59.99 × 2.62 mm (position 12, SKU 7028722), seals the service end of the unit and is removed whenever the lamp or quartz sleeve needs to be accessed.

Several positions in this parts list are supplied as sets rather than individual pieces, and it is important to order the correct quantity for your repair. Position 6 (SKU 7028715) is a set of two 63 mm union couplers, and position 7 (SKU 7028716) is likewise a set of two coupler O-rings — both inlet and outlet connections are therefore covered by a single line item. When ordering plumbing reducers, pay close attention to the stated pipe diameter and thread type: the short reducer (position 8, SKU 7028717) is specified as 63 mm × 50 mm with a 1½" female thread, while the long reducer (position 13, SKU 7028723) is 63 mm spigot to 63 mm socket with an additional 3/4" flow switch port — these two parts are not interchangeable despite both carrying a 63 mm reference. The installation grip at position 9 is sized for 75 mm pipe and the closure at position 10 for 32 mm, so always confirm the pipe diameter in your installation before ordering. For the quartz glass O-ring set at position 3, which currently carries no standalone SKU, contact our team who can advise on the correct seal dimensions to ensure a watertight fit between the sleeve and the housing.

Com utilitzar el diagrama numerat per trobar la teva peça
