This page covers the complete exploded-view diagram and bill of materials for the Bosta Flotide/MEGA salt chlorinator range sold under the Inverclear name, referenced internally as 7040119 / 7040120. The Inverclear is an inverter saltwater chlorinator that automatically controls pool chlorine and pH levels while displaying the water temperature. The diagram breaks the unit down into every serviceable component — from the wall-mounted control unit through to the in-line probe assembly and electrolysis cell — so that you can pinpoint the exact part you need without dismantling anything unnecessarily. Work through the numbered call-outs below and you should have your SKU identified within a few minutes.

Every circled number printed on the diagram corresponds directly to a numbered row in the parts list table beneath it; the description and SKU in that row are the details you need to place your order. The most reliable approach is to locate the area of the unit that needs attention first — for example, the probe assembly, the cell housing, or the plumbing connections — and then scan only the call-outs within that zone rather than reading the entire list from top to bottom. Once you have a position number, cross-reference it in the table to confirm the description matches what you are holding in your hand before noting the SKU. Be aware that position 14 (Transit connector) and position 16 (Cell connector) each appear more than once in the parts list because they cover multiple pipe sizes — the number is the same on the diagram, but the correct part depends on the diameter of your existing pipework, so read the size stated in the description carefully. Position 17 (Water union kit) follows the same pattern across four pipe diameters. Positions 9, 10, i 11 (buffer solutions) and several size variants of positions 14, 16, and 17 do not currently carry a SKU, which means they are either sourced separately or not stocked individually; if you need one of those items, please contact us before ordering. Finally, note that position 15 (Probe holder) is described as including positions 7 and 8, so check whether you need the complete holder assembly or just one of its caps individually.

The Inverclear is built around two core sections: the wall-mounted control unit (position 1) and the wetside cell-and-probe assembly that sits in the return line. The control unit houses the inverter electronics and the built-in peristaltic dosing mechanism; it receives signals from a pH probe and an ORP (redox) probe, using those readings to regulate chlorine production and, where fitted, to inject acid to correct pH automatically. The Interruptor de flux (posició 2) is a safety device that confirms water is moving through the cell before chlorine generation begins; a failed flow switch is one of the most common causes of a “no flow” fault code and is replaced as a single unit. The ORP probe (position 3) measures the oxidation-reduction potential of the water, giving the controller a reliable indication of the active chlorine level. The pH Probe with temperature sensor (posició 4), listed as “PC, with TEMP”, handles both pH measurement and water-temperature monitoring in a single electrode. Both probes seat into the Probe mounting assembly (posició 5) and are retained by the Probe holder (posició 15), which ships complete with the white probe cap (position 7) and the yellow flow-switch cap (position 8). The Check Valve (posició 6) prevents back-flow of acid into the main water line. The built-in peristaltic pump injects acid through the Acid Tube (posició 12) to control pH levels automatically. The electrolysis cell itself — available as a 16 g/h unit (position 19a, SKU 7040210) or a 22 g/h unit (position 19b) — is the consumable heart of the system; its self-cleaning cell operates through polarity reversal, limiting scale deposits to ensure consistent chlorine output over time. The cell electrode kit (positions 18, 20, 21) allows the electrode stack to be renewed without replacing the full cell body.

Several positions in this diagram exist in multiple variants distinguished by pipe diameter, and selecting the wrong size will result in a part that cannot seal correctly. Position 14 (Transit connector with O-Ring) is available in four nominal diameters — 63 mm (SKU 7040203), 60.3 mm, 50 mm (SKU 7040204), and 48.3 mm — so measure your existing pipe outside diameter before ordering; the O-Ring is included with the connector, so no separate seal is required. Position 17 (Water union kit) follows the same four-diameter pattern, with the 63 mm version (SKU 7040207) and 50 mm version (SKU 7040208) currently stocked. Position 16 (Cell connector with O-Ring) similarly has multiple variants, though only one SKU (7040206) is listed at present. For the electrolysis cell, the choice between position 19a (16 g/h) and position 19b (22 g/h) must match the output rating of your original cell — fitting a higher-rated cell than your control unit is configured for can affect dosing accuracy, so verify the rating printed on your existing cell before ordering. If you are unsure which pipe size or cell output applies to your installation, our team is happy to help you confirm the correct variant before purchase.

Com utilitzar el diagrama numerat per trobar la teva peça
