This page presents the full exploded-view diagram and official bill of materials for the Flotide/MEGA Heat Pump Type 8, listed under factory reference 7018519. The diagram covers every major assembly of this air-source pool heat pump — from the refrigerant circuit and electrical box through to the water connections and user display. Whether you are a pool owner carrying out routine maintenance or a technician tracking down a failed component, the numbered diagram and the parts list below will help you identify the exact part you need in a matter of minutes. If your unit carries the reference 7018519 on its data plate or in your installation paperwork, you are in the right place.

Every call-out number printed on the exploded-view diagram corresponds directly to a row in the parts table below; simply locate the area of the unit where the fault or wear has occurred, find the nearest call-out number, and cross-reference it with the table to retrieve the SKU ready for adding to your basket. Work methodically from the outside of the unit inward — casing panels and grilles are in the lower position numbers, while internal refrigerant and electrical components sit in the higher ranges. Pay close attention to lettered suffixes: position 8 in this diagram is split into four variants — 8a (pipe temperature sensor T3, SKU 7010533), 8b (water-in sensor T1, SKU 7010534), 8c (water-out sensor T2, SKU 7010535), and 8d (back-gas sensor T4) — so ordering by position number alone, without checking the letter, will result in receiving the wrong sensor. Note also that positions 41 and 42 share the same description and SKU (7010526), which is common where identical terminal blocks appear at two separate points in the wiring harness; ordering one of each is correct if both need replacing. Where a position carries no SKU, the part is a structural or cosmetic component not currently sold separately — contact us if you are unsure. Always confirm the factory reference on your data plate before ordering, as related Flotide/MEGA models share some part numbers but differ in others.

The Type 8 is built around a conventional vapour-compression refrigerant circuit: ambient air is drawn through the evaporator (pos. 10) by the fan motor (pos. 14, SKU 7010521) and fan blade (pos. 15, SKU 7021814), transferring heat into the refrigerant before it passes through the compressor (pos. 34) and on to the heat exchanger (pos. 36), where pool water picks up the heat. The refrigerant side is protected by a low-pressure switch rated 0.1–0.3 MPa (pos. 28, SKU 7024791) and a high-pressure switch rated 3.6–4.2 MPa (pos. 31, SKU 7024793), both of which are common service items when fault codes point to pressure trips. Pool water enters and leaves through the 50 mm compression water connection set (pos. 38, SKU 7014126), and flow is confirmed by the water flow switch with glue adapter (pos. 45, SKU 7006471) — a frequent first check when the unit fails to start. The electrical box (pos. 13) houses the main PC board (pos. 20, Flotide/MEGA ZK 101 V13, SKU 7019176), the transformer (pos. 19, ZHL-03/EL-48, SKU 7010532), the 2 µF square plug-in capacitor for control circuitry (pos. 21, SKU 7010416), and the larger 45 µF round wired capacitor for the fan motor (pos. 23, SKU 7017684). Terminal blocks are provided for both 220–240 V 16 A supply (pos. 26, SKU 7010525) and 380–400 V 16 A supply (pos. 41/42, SKU 7010526), reflecting the dual-voltage configurations within the Type 8 family. The user interface consists of the LED display (pos. 47, Flotide/MEGA XK 302 V1, SKU 7019178) housed behind the display cover (pos. 48), with a pressure gauge (pos. 39, SKU 7010518) giving a visual read of system pressure. The four temperature sensors at position 8 — T1 through T4 — monitor water-in, water-out, pipe, and back-gas temperatures respectively, feeding live data to the PC board to govern heating output.

The most important variant distinction on this diagram is within position 8: sensors 8a, 8b, 8c, and 8d each carry a unique SKU and are purpose-calibrated for a specific measurement point in the refrigerant or water circuit, so they are not interchangeable even though they may appear physically similar. Before ordering a replacement sensor, identify which of T1–T4 your fault code or multimeter test has implicated, then select the matching lettered variant. For the capacitors, positions 21 and 23 differ significantly — 2 µF versus 45 µF, square plug-in versus round wired — and fitting the wrong capacitor can damage the motor or control board, so double-check both the capacitance value and the connection type against your existing part. The 1/2″ PP plug at position 40 (SKU 0121241) is rated to 10 bar and is sold individually; ensure the thread type matches your service port before ordering. Where the same SKU appears at two diagram positions (as with the 380–400 V terminal blocks at positions 41 and 42), order the quantity you need — both positions are served by a single product listing.

Com utilitzar el diagrama numerat per trobar la teva peça
