This is the genuine Fluidra motor clamp designed for IEC frame-size C63 motors fitted to the AstralPool Sena SS self-priming pool pump range. It secures the motor assembly firmly to the pump body, maintaining precise alignment and a watertight joint between the two units. Replacing a worn or damaged clamp promptly prevents vibration, misalignment, and potential water ingress into the motor.

This clamp is a factory spare part for the Fluidra AstralPool Sena SS pump series, specifically for units equipped with a C63 frame motor — which corresponds to the 0.50 HP / 50 Hz single-phase (Phase II) variant listed as the parent product. The Sena SS range is a self-priming pump line available in single-phase and three-phase configurations across multiple power ratings. Always verify your pump’s model code and motor frame size before ordering.

A genuine Fluidra clamp is manufactured to exact OEM tolerances, ensuring a secure, rattle-free fit around the motor flange and pump body. Third-party alternatives may not match the clamping diameter or material strength required for continuous outdoor use, risking premature failure or motor damage. Using original parts also keeps your pump within Fluidra’s service and warranty framework.

Installation involves removing the existing clamp band from the motor-to-pump-body joint, positioning the new clamp, and tightening to the manufacturer’s specified torque. While a confident DIYer can perform this repair, it is recommended to have a qualified pool technician carry out the work, particularly if the mechanical seal or impeller is being inspected at the same time.
