The NorsupOne compact water treatment kit combines low-salt electrolysis (operating at just 1.5 g/l salt) with integrated pH control in a single, plug-and-play unit — making it well suited to private pools up to 100 m³. The self-cleaning salt cell produces chlorine on demand via electrolysis, eliminating the need to store or handle bulk chlorine chemicals. Paired with the NorsupOne controller and app, the entire system is monitored and adjusted remotely from a smartphone.

Electrolysis & pH control

At the heart of this kit is Norsup’s low-salt electrolysis cell, which uses Smart Power® technology for stable, consistent chlorine output throughout the season. The system automatically self-cleans the cell and offers a Boost mode for super-chlorination after heavy bather loads, as well as a Low mode to reduce output when the pool is covered. An LCD display shows water temperature, pH, salt level, and live chlorine production at a glance, while glass pH and ORP probes keep water balance tight without manual testing.

Compact installation & connectivity

The compact form factor is designed to fit neatly into even modest plant rooms, with a plug-and-play connection kit that keeps installation straightforward for a qualified technician. Once wired, the NorsupOne app delivers real-time monitoring and control — including push notifications for alarms and maintenance reminders — so both pool owner and installer can respond to any abnormality promptly. The system is compatible with the broader Norsup ecosystem, including variable-speed pumps, heat pumps, UV disinfection, and pool lighting, all managed through a single application.

Cell care & long-term reliability

Running at a very low salt concentration of 1.5 g/l significantly reduces the corrosive stress on the cell and surrounding equipment compared with conventional high-salt chlorinators, extending service life and protecting fittings, ladders, and heat exchangers. The cell is rated for a 4-year warranty, and the system alerts the owner when salt needs topping up — typically only once per season under normal operating conditions.
