Norsup – UV-C Supernova Timer Replacement Housing 80W

This is the genuine Norsup replacement outer housing for the Supernova Timer UV-C disinfection unit (80W / up to 80 m³). It restores the structural integrity of your UV system after physical damage or wear, ensuring your disinfection setup continues to operate safely and efficiently. Designed as a direct, like-for-like spare part, it maintains full compatibility with the Supernova Timer’s internal components.

Compatibilitat

This housing is specifically designed for the Norsup Supernova Timer UV-C unit in the 80W configuration. The Supernova Timer is an upgrade of the standard Supernova, featuring an LED display and lamp-life timer function. The housing’s Duplex construction makes the system suitable for all pool types — chlorine-based, salt water, and bio pools — so it is equally at home in traditional and alternative pool setups.

Per què l'autenticitat importa

The Supernova Timer relies on a precision-fitted Duplex housing to maintain a proper seal around the Amalgam UV lamp and quartz sleeve, protecting both the lamp and pool water from cross-contamination. Using a genuine Norsup housing ensures correct dimensional fit, material compatibility (Duplex grade, resistant to chlorinated and saline water), and preserves the performance and safety standards of your UV disinfection system.

Instal·lació

The housing is intended for installation by a qualified pool technician. The Supernova system uses 50/63 mm glue socket or glue spigot connections with a 1½” female thread, so ensure plumbing is de-pressurised and the existing pipework is compatible before fitting. Always replace the O-rings and quartz sleeve seal when fitting a new housing to guarantee a watertight result.
