The Flotide/MEGA RS II VSTD is a 1.5HP variable speed swimming pool pump designed to deliver optimum filtration control and significant energy savings for pools of all types and sizes. Featuring a 63mm glue socket connection and running on 230V AC, it is well suited to both new installations and retrofits across residential and commercial pools in Europe. It is supplied as the pump unit within the Flotide/MEGA Technical Pallet Type Pro V2 all-in-one pool system.

Three programmable speed modes plus a built-in timer allow you to match pump output precisely to your pool’s demand throughout the day.

Motor & Build Quality

The pump is driven by a heavy-duty, high-efficiency German-made motor using TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) technology, ensuring quiet operation and a long service life — an important consideration for pool-side and plant-room installations alike. The programmable skimmer function enables automatic surface cleaning, helping to remove debris before it sinks to the pool floor. The pump is also compatible with external automation controllers regardless of make or model.

Instal·lació i compatibilitat

The RS II VSTD connects via 63mm glue (solvent weld) sockets and also supports 2-inch threaded connections, making it straightforward to integrate into most standard European pipework. Its footprint and port positions are identical to those of the classic Hayward SuperPump SP2 series, so it can serve as a direct, energy-efficient replacement in existing installations without modification to the pipework.
