The Davey 402823SP is the genuine OEM mechanical shaft seal for the StarFlo and SureFlo pool pump ranges. Positioned between the impeller and the motor, it forms a watertight barrier that keeps pool water out of the motor housing. It is a scheduled wear item — typically replaced when a drip or puddle appears beneath the pump.

Compatibility

This seal fits the full Davey StarFlo SF range (DSF750, DSF900, DSF1100, DSF1350 — including CE variants for Europe) as well as the single-phase and three-phase StarFlo series (DSF150, DSF200, DSF250, DSF300, DSF420, DSF3003FCE, DSF4203FCE). It is also compatible with Davey SureFlo pumps. Always verify your pump model number before ordering.

Installation
