Davey – Cell Cable Assembly for ESC Max / Plus (COMM1000)

This is the genuine Davey replacement cell cable assembly (part number 14481-1) designed for the Davey ESC Max and ESC Plus salt water chlorinators equipped with the COMM1000 commercial controller. It is the wiring harness that carries power and control signals between the chlorinator’s power unit and the electrolytic cell, making it an essential component for correct system operation. Replacement is typically needed when the cable shows signs of physical damage, corrosion at the connectors, or when the system reports communication or output faults traceable to the cable.

Compatibilitat

This cell cable assembly is a Davey-specified spare part for the ESC Max and ESC Plus chlorinator models paired with the COMM1000 commercial controller platform. Always verify your unit’s model designation and Davey part number before ordering to ensure correct fitment. If in doubt, consult your Davey dealer or the system documentation.

Per què l'autenticitat importa

Using a genuine Davey cable assembly ensures the correct conductor gauge, connector type, and insulation rating for your COMM1000 system. A non-genuine or incorrectly rated cable can cause unreliable cell output, communication errors, or present a safety hazard. Genuine parts also keep your Davey warranty intact and give you confidence that the component meets the original factory specification.

Instal·lació

Replacement of the cell cable assembly should be carried out by a qualified pool technician or licensed electrician, as the COMM1000 operates with mains-connected electrical circuits. Ensure the system is fully isolated from the power supply before disconnecting or reconnecting any cables. Follow all local electrical codes and Davey’s installation documentation during the repair.
