AstralPool - Conjunt de difusor de filtre de sorra Ø900 mm 2" - SP-04-0177

AstralPool – sand filter diffuser assembly Ø900 mm 2″

This is a genuine AstralPool replacement diffuser assembly designed for AstralPool sand filters with a 900 mm tank diameter and 2″ connections. The diffuser sits at the centre of the filter’s internal distribution system, evenly spreading incoming water across the filter bed to ensure consistent, high-performance sand filtration. It is a direct OEM spare part, engineered to exact factory tolerances for a perfect fit and reliable service life.

Compatibilitat

This diffuser assembly is sized specifically for AstralPool sand filters with a Ø900 mm vessel and 2″ pipe connections — including models in the Aster and related laminated fibreglass/polyester filter ranges. Always verify your filter model and connection size before ordering; this part is not interchangeable with smaller-diameter (e.g. Ø750 mm or Ø600 mm) filter variants, which use different diffuser assemblies.

Materials & construction

AstralPool diffuser components for this filter range are manufactured from highly resistant PVC and polypropylene (PP), making them unaffected by salt water, pool chemicals, and UV exposure. This durability ensures the internal water distribution geometry is maintained over the long term, protecting filtration efficiency and preventing channelling through the sand bed.

Per què importa l'autenticitat

Fitting a genuine AstralPool diffuser assembly guarantees compatibility with the filter’s collector and lateral system, maintaining the designed flow rates and maximum working pressure of 2.5 kg/cm². Aftermarket parts may not match critical dimensions, risking poor water distribution, sand bypass, or premature failure — making the genuine spare the only reliable choice for professional technicians and pool owners alike.
