AstralPool – Fan Cover & Fan Assembly for Alaska Basic Pump (Position 21)

This genuine AstralPool replacement kit comprises the motor cooling fan and its protective cover, designed specifically for the AstralPool Alaska Basic pump (model 69385). Together, these two components keep the motor running at a safe operating temperature by drawing airflow across the motor housing during filtration cycles. Sourced directly from Fluidra/AstralPool, this is the exact part listed at position 21 in the official exploded-view diagram.

Compatibilitat

This fan cover and fan assembly is engineered exclusively for the AstralPool Alaska Basic pump, parent SKU 69385. Always verify the model code on your pump’s motor label before ordering, as fan assemblies across the AstralPool range are not universally interchangeable between different pump families or power ratings.

Per què l'autenticitat importa

Genuine AstralPool parts are manufactured to the exact tolerances of the original motor, ensuring correct fan blade pitch, cover fitment, and airflow efficiency. An ill-fitting or inferior fan cover can restrict airflow, cause the motor to overheat, and void any remaining pump warranty. This OEM part eliminates those risks and restores your pump to factory specification.

Instal·lació

Replacing the fan and cover typically requires disconnecting power to the pump, removing the motor end cap, and swapping out the fan and cover assembly as a matched pair. While a competent DIYer can carry out this work, it involves working on the motor end of the pump and is best performed by a qualified pool technician to ensure safe electrical reassembly.
